Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers/clients to understand job requirements and project objectives. - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates through sourcing, networking, and outreach. - Evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and conduct interviews to screen potential candidates. - Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. - Assist in negotiating offers and supporting onboarding processes as needed. - Foster positive candidate and client relationships to ensure a seamless experience. - Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and sourcing channel effectiveness. - Stay abreast of IT industry trends, technologies, and recruitment practices.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT/tech or C2H staffing. - Strong understanding of technical roles such as developers, sysadmins, DevOps, and QA. - Proficiency in various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking. - Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple searches concurrently. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools and data.
