Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Elite Manpower & Training Academy will be a key contributor in executing the company's full-cycle recruitment strategy at the Indore headquarters. This mid-level, full-time role involves managing and coordinating recruiting activities to include talent mapping and interview scheduling, whilst identifying, engaging with, and securing top talent for various organizational needs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes, encompassing all hiring stages from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • In-depth experience in interview scheduling, efficiently managing candidate agendas for seamless recruitment flow (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in talent mapping, identifying and analyzing market trends to attract the best candidates (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional offer negotiation skills, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and candidate.
  • Strong market research capabilities to understand and leverage industry trends and intelligence.
  • Excellent networking skills, fostering relationships with both potential candidates and organizational stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, effectively collaborating with other professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for liaising with candidates and internal departments.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and networking to meet the company's staffing needs.
