Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies to ensure that we bring in the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Hands on sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events.

• Recruitment Process Management: Lead the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and providing hiring recommendations.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand job requirements and team needs, ensuring alignment on hiring criteria.

• Candidate Experience: Maintain positive and professional experience for all candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.

• Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting the company's employer brand to attract top-tier talent.

• Data and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time to hire, source of hire, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement of hiring strategies.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.

• Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and assist with the onboarding process as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience as an RCM Ops – Lateral & Leadership Recruiter.

• Understand the RCM industry, Ops positions, role requirements, prepare market intel, etc.

• Hands on exp in sourcing, screening candidates and handling interview coordination.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
