Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Sourcing

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle – from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding new employees.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

2. Screening & Coordination

• Conduct initial screening calls and shortlisting of candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely feedback and updates to both candidates and stakeholders.

3. Employer Branding & Networking

• Promote the company’s employer brand through recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to attract quality talent.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
