About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior TA Specialist to independently drive end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple business functions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, build strong talent pipelines, and influence hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT positions

🔹 Build & maintain proactive talent pipelines

🔹 Partner with hiring managers for workforce planning

🔹 Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and networking

🔹 Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 4+ years of non-IT recruitment experience

✅ Strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills

✅ Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn & other recruitment channels

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
