Manage relationships well with hiring managers and other stakeholders.. Coordinate interviews and hiring steps smoothly.. Building team 0 to 10x (Tech hiring).. Process-driven and ensures that the hiring process is followed properly from start to finish.. Requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. Good at negotiation skills to engage candidates and close offers efficiently..
