Talent Acquisition Specialist

is responsible for executing the full recruitment lifecycle at Artha Energy Resources, including mandate approvals, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer closure. This role coordinates with managers, HODs, and partners to meet timelines and budget.Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Mandate Management
    • Receive approved MRF (Manpower Requisition Form) from the HR Manager.
    • Ensure MRF includes role clarity, competency attributes, STAR questions, HR screening questions, budget, urgency, and assignments (if applicable).
    • Track approvals (Manager → HOD → Partner) and ensure mandates are ready within 48 hours.
  • Sourcing & Job Posting
    • Finalize sourcing mix with HR Manager (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, campus, etc.).
    • Post roles on the company career page, LinkedIn, and relevant job portals (including free portals and Naukri).
    • Run employee referral activities with automation support from HR.
    • Post jobs within 24 hours of mandate approval.
    • Engage external hiring agencies only if approved by partners.
  • Screening & Shortlisting
    • Conduct HR screening and share up to 5 relevant CVs with HR questions answered and within budget.
    • Limit initial submissions to a maximum of 8 CVs per role until HOD feedback is received.
    • Schedule interviews per candidate and HOD availability and ensure assignments (if applicable) are completed before final interviews.
    • Collect HOD interview evaluation sheets (STAR questions) and upload them to the ATS.
  • Candidate Engagement & Offer Coordination
    • Manage candidate engagement from first contact through joining to minimize drop-offs.
    • Support the HR Manager with negotiations and the offer process.
    • Collect required documents (PAN, Aadhaar, payslips, relieving letters, etc.).
  • Reporting & Updates
    • Share recruitment status updates with HODs every 2 days.
    • Submit weekly recruitment status reports to the HR Manager.
    • Maintain accurate records in the ATS for compliance and tracking.

  • Artha Central (HRIS for MRF approvals)
  • ATS (Applicant Tracking System – new tool to be implemented)
  • Excel / Google Sheets (recruitment reporting)
  • Job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
Key Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent sourcing skills and ability to engage passive talent.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (managers, HODs).
  • Strong documentation and reporting discipline.
  • Good communication and candidate engagement skills.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • TAT for recruitment – percentage of mandates closed within timeline.
  • Quality of CVs shared – relevance of profiles sent to HODs.
  • Interview-to-offer ratio – percentage of candidates progressing to selection.
  • Candidate drop-off rate – percentage of offers declined/back-outs.
  • Compliance in documentation – percentage of profiles with complete interview sheets and ATS updates.
  • Stakeholder feedback – HOD satisfaction with recruitment support.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in EPC / infra / energy.
  • Experience managing multiple positions (15–20) concurrently.
  • Familiarity with ATS and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn).
