We at Comfort Click are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and talent pipeline management. We are seeking someone passionate about identifying and attracting top talent, driving company growth, and enhancing the overall hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Enhance employer branding efforts by engaging with candidates through various digital platforms.
  • Coordinate hiring-related activities and ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for new hires.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to support workforce planning and talent initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or digital recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
  • Experience in domestic hiring would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.
  • Experience in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
