Role Summary:

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and manufacturing roles in the aerospace industry.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for positions in avionics engineering, aerospace manufacturing, quality assurance, production, and R&D.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand job requirements and develop customized hiring strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, industry events, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial interviews and technical screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiation processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Stay informed about trends and innovations in aerospace recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• 5+ years

  of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the

  aerospace

  or

  manufacturing

  industry.
• Demonstrated success in hiring for

  avionics

  ,

  aerospace manufacturing

  , and

  engineering roles

  .
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Engineering, or a related technical field. A technical background is a

  strong plus

• Strong understanding of aerospace industry terminology, job functions, and required skill sets.
• Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
