With a strong presence across online and offline channels, the company is expanding rapidly and requires a seasoned professional to strengthen its talent acquisition function.


Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for building and executing recruitment strategies that align with the company's growth plans. The role requires partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, ensuring timely hiring across business functions such as marketing, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate operations. The incumbent will play a critical role in strengthening the company's employer brand, improving talent pipelines, and driving a high-quality candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Workforce Planning


- Collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs across functions and geographies.


- Align hiring plans with business growth strategies.


- End-to-End Recruitment Management


- Lead the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and onboarding.


- Ensure a consistent and efficient process that delivers high-quality talent within defined timelines.


Talent Pipeline & Market Mapping


- Build strong candidate pipelines for niche and critical roles.


- Conduct ongoing market research and talent mapping for the wellness, beauty, and consumer goods sectors.


Stakeholder & Vendor Management


- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure recruitment effectiveness.


- Manage external recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portals.


Employer Branding & Candidate Experience


- Enhance The Wellness Shop's employer brand through recruitment campaigns, social media, and industry networks.


- Deliver a superior candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.


Analytics & Reporting


- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, quality of hire).


- Provide regular dashboards and insights to management.


Qualifications & Experience


1. 7-12 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, retail, or beauty/wellness sectors.


2. Proven track record of end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions - marketing, sales, manufacturing, operations, and support.


3. Strong exposure to recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.


4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.


5. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
