The role requires flexibility to work as per regional hiring priorities and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage full-cycle hiring for US IT and India roles . Align work timings based on hiring demand (US/India). Manage and mentor a team of recruiters. Handle US hiring compliance (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC). Source talent using ATS, LinkedIn, Dice, Naukri, Monster . Build pipelines for niche IT skills and ensure timely closures . Track hiring metrics ( time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire ). Requirements: 8+ years of recruitment experience with strong US IT and India hiring exposure. Excellent knowledge of US tax terms & immigration categories .
