The specialist will provide expert support on SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow platforms, ensuring secure and compliant identity lifecycle management. This role will act as a technical escalation point for complex issues, work closely with HR-driven integrations, and play a critical role in maintaining IAM operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize SailPoint onboarding/offboarding workflows to ensure accurate provisioning and revocation of user access. Enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies to maintain compliance. Deliver advanced tier-2 and tier-3 support: troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform log analysis, replicate issues, and escalate as required. Ensure adherence to SLAs by prioritizing incident response and resolution to minimize business impact. Validate and test access changes from HR system updates (joiners, movers, leavers) before production deployment. Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and business teams to align identity governance with regulatory standards (GDPR, SOX, etc.). Maintain up-to-date documentation, including workflows, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles. Mentor and share knowledge with junior team members. Support platform upgrades, patching, and configuration changes to enhance system reliability and security. Required Skills & Experience 8-10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow. Deep knowledge of Joiner-Mover- Leaver (JML) processes, SoD enforcement, endpoint provisioning, and certification workflows. Proven expertise in troubleshooting connector and integration issues, log analysis, and ticket resolution. ¢ Experience integrating SailPoint with HR systems (e.g.,Workday, SuccessFactors) and directories (Active Directory, Azure AD). ¢ Familiarity with IAM standards/protocols: SAML, SCIM, OAuth, REST APIs. ¢ Proficiency with ITSM/ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL-based service management. ¢ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
