Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full-cycle hiring for

    US IT and India roles

    .
  • Align work timings based on hiring demand (US/India).
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters.
  • Handle

    US hiring compliance

    (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).
  • Source talent using

    ATS, LinkedIn, Dice, Naukri, Monster

    .
  • Build pipelines for niche IT skills and ensure

    timely closures

    .
  • Track hiring metrics (

    time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire

    ).

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of recruitment experience

    with strong US IT and India hiring exposure.
  • Excellent knowledge of

    US tax terms & immigration categories

    .
  • Proven

    team management and stakeholder management

    skills.
  • Strong sourcing, negotiation, and communication abilities.
