Job Description
- Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to hire resources within the specified hiring timelines.
-Ensure the team optimally utilizes the different channels for recruitment.
-Maintain the Cost Per Hire as per set goals and work towards improvising it further
-Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
-Network internally and externally to build long lasting relationships with stakeholders
-Gather market intelligence on competitor landscape, talent pool and compensation data
-Motivate team members and discover training needs and provide coaching.
-Recommend incremental improvements to our current processes will be welcomed
Knowledge or Skills Requirements:
-Must have prior experience in leading a team of recruiters.
-Stakeholder management is a pre-requisite
-Business acumen to be strong
-Any projects done in the space of diversity/technology will be an add on to the profile
-Strong understanding of recruiting/ sourcing processes and procedures
-Understanding of recruitment Analytics, pipeline management and yield analysis
-Candidates with Bulk Hiring experience preferred.
