Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Experience: 5 to 7 Years Location: Hyderabad, India Industry: Steel Detailing (Preferred) Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring across technical and non-technical roles, preferably in the Steel Detailing or related engineering/manufacturing industries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in scaling our talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and uphold employer branding standards. Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Strong understanding of recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience hiring for technical roles (engineers, detailers, project managers, etc.) is highly desirable. Prior experience in the Steel Detailing industry will be a significant advantage. Preferred Attributes: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, result-oriented, and data-driven approach to recruitment.
