💼 Key Responsibilities

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Your duties will include:

• Recruitment Lifecycle Management:

  Oversee and manage the complete recruitment life cycle, including strategic sourcing and hiring candidates to meet critical organizational needs.

• Vendor Relations:

  Coordinate with manpower vendors, manage agreement renewals, and facilitate the smooth onboarding and off-boarding of vendor-supplied resources.

• Strategic Collaboration:

  Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and organizational fit.

• Process Improvement:

  Conduct interviews, ensure effective talent acquisition processes, and proactively identify opportunities to improve overall recruitment practices.

• Employer Branding:

  Support efforts to build strong employer branding strategies and execute talent engagement initiatives.

• Education:

  Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Preferred:

  Familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) is a plus.
