We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our SSC in Kochi. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment for roles across Kochi, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent to meet business needs. This role requires strong stakeholder management, a proven track record in Non-IT recruitment within manufacturing and trading industries , and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for manufacturing and trading roles across multiple geographies (India, UAE, Saudi Arabia). Drive recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and employer branding. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain accurate reporting. Provide market insights and recommendations to stakeholders for effective decision-making. Requirements Experience: 3-6 years of pure Non-IT recruitment experience , preferably in manufacturing and trading domains . Location: Willingness to relocate to Kochi . Skills: Strong stakeholder management, sourcing techniques, and negotiation skills. Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic languages is a plus. Work Style: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously.
