Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

    : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for

    manufacturing and trading roles

    across multiple geographies (India, UAE, Saudi Arabia).
  • Drive recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and employer branding.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to stakeholders for effective decision-making.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    3-6 years of

    pure Non-IT recruitment experience

    , preferably in

    manufacturing and trading domains

    .
  • Location:

    Willingness to

    relocate to Kochi

    .
  • Skills:

    Strong stakeholder management, sourcing techniques, and negotiation skills.
  • Language Proficiency:

    Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic languages is a plus.
  • Work Style:

    Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously.
