Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a work from office job and looking for candidates who can join within 30 Days or immediate

Location : Ahmedabad and Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy Development:

    Create and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to the needs of an IT-focused company, emphasizing roles in software development, cybersecurity, data science, cloud computing, and other technology domains.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process:

    Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating candidates, extending offers, and onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing:

    Utilize a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, recruitment fairs, employee referrals, and partnerships with universities to attract top IT professionals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure timely recruitment for critical positions.
  • Employer Branding:

    Enhance and promote the company's employer brand within the IT community through partnerships, events, and social media outreach to attract the best talent in the industry.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment:

    Analyze recruitment metrics and reporting data to identify opportunities for improvement in recruitment processes and hiring quality. Present key metrics to the management.
  • Candidate Experience:

    Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Team Management:

    Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent specialists, providing support and professional development to ensure the teams success.
  • Market Trends:

    Stay updated on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging roles to remain competitive in the talent market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree

    in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience

    in talent acquisition, with at least 5+ years in a management or leadership role, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
  • Proven track record

    in sourcing and hiring for technical roles such as software developers, network engineers, data scientists, and IT support professionals.
  • Strong understanding of

    technology stacks

    , software development life cycles, and IT-specific recruitment challenges.
  • Proficiency in

    ATS systems

    and recruitment software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership skills

    with experience in managing a recruitment team.
  • Analytical mindset

    with experience using data to guide decision-making.
