Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a

    comprehensive talent acquisition strategy

    aligned with the company’s short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Lead and manage the

    end-to-end recruitment cycle

    from workforce planning, sourcing, and assessment to selection and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with leadership and department heads to

    anticipate hiring needs

    and ensure timely, quality hires.
  • Build and mentor a strong recruitment team capable of scaling with organizational growth.
  • Design and implement

    scalable hiring processes

    , recruitment dashboards, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and accountability.
  • Strengthen the company’s

    employer branding initiatives

    to position it as a preferred employer in the market.
  • Leverage technology, analytics, and modern sourcing channels to optimize talent pipelines.
  • Maintain strong candidate experience and ensure alignment with the company’s values and culture.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning and retention strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience

    in Talent Acquisition, with at least

    2–3 years in a startup or high-growth environment.

  • Proven track record in

    scaling teams

    and driving measurable hiring outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in

    strategic sourcing, employer branding, and data-driven recruitment.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a

    fast-paced, evolving environment.
