Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles - from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.2. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.3. Use recruitment metrics to drive decisions and improve hiring processes (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire).4. Promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the job market.5. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal hiring laws and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in an early-stage startup.2. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3. Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels. Ability to analyze hiring metrics and adjust strategies as needed4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn etc.), and sourcing techniques.
