Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Manager to drive B2B ecommerce sales and strengthen our presence in the assigned region. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new business clients, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts to drive revenue growth through our ecommerce platform. Responsibility: Develop and execute strategies for lead conversion, upselling, and cross-selling. Monitor sales KPIs and metrics; regularly review team and individual performance. Ensure proper usage of CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and communications. Oversee customer interactions via calls to ensure high engagement and conversion. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to leadership. Continuously identify gaps in the sales process and implement improvements to drive efficiency and productivity. Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, objection handling, and sales techniques. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. 4–7 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
