Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calls, cold emails, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
• Pitch recruitment and staffing services effectively to potential clients (Domestic and/or US market).
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial contact and pitching to onboarding and nurturing client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure alignment between client expectations and candidate delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
• Travel to client locations to maintain and retain good relationships.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6-15 years of experience in B2B appointment setting.
• IT Staffing industry experience is a must.
• Previous experience in B2B appointment setting, preferably in recruitment or IT services.
• Proven track record in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, and closing deals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups.
