Job Description


Position Overview


We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across the organization. The role involves designing and implementing effective hiring strategies, managing employer branding, and partnering with business leaders to ensure timely acquisition of high-quality talent aligned with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning:


Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.


Create and implement sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.



Recruitment Operations:


Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.


Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.



Team Leadership:


Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve targets.


Monitor KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and prepare regular reports for leadership.



Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:


Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media, events, and partnerships.


Ensure a seamless, engaging, and professional experience for candidates at every stage.



Stakeholder Collaboration:


Work closely with department heads to define role requirements and selection criteria.


Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to support business decisions.



Required Qualifications & Skills


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).


Proven experience (3–5 years) in talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role.


Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media hiring.


Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.


Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.


Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting.



Preferred Attributes


Experience in large-scale hiring or niche skill recruitment.


Exposure to employer branding initiatives.


Strong networking abilities and relationship management skills.
