Tele callers and Mobilisers

WHO ARE WE:

National Mission for Skill Development, Content Engine, and SaaS Platforms

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Callers and Mobilisers who are passionate about communication and outreach. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with schools and educational institutions to share information about our offerings and gather relevant feedback. As mobilisers you will be responsible for promoting our pre-primary books and Learning Management System (LMS) solutions to schools

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Fresh Graduates (2023 onwards)
• Passionate about Communication and Outreach
• Strong English Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)
• Comfortable with Outbound Calling to Schools
• Initiate conversations with Schools and Educational Institutions
• Cleary communicate and share information about our offerings - (B2B SaaS Platform and Teachers Skill Building Initiatives)
• Gather relevant feedback and track them for transforming success business leads and follow-up to close them.
• Maintain call logs and submit daily reports to the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fresh graduates (2023 onwards) from any stream.

• Proficient in spoken and written English. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) is essential.
