Job Summary:

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Record all day-to-day financial transactions in 

  Tally ERP9

  .
• Manage invoice booking, income entries, and expense tracking.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records.

Statutory Compliance:

• GST:

   Timely preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9; reconciliation of input credit (GSTR-2B vs purchase register).

• TDS:

   Deduct and deposit TDS, file TDS returns (24Q/26Q), issue Form 16/16A.

• PF & ESI:

   Calculate, deposit, and file PF & ESI returns as per statutory deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with other direct and indirect tax regulations.

Financial Support:

• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
• Support during internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain documentation and support for assessments and scrutiny.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: 

  B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA

• Experience: 

  5-7 years

   in accounting and compliance roles
• Technical Skills: Proficient in 

  Tally ERP9

  , 

  Excel

  , and basic accounting systems
• Knowledge of Indian Tax Laws (GST, TDS, PF/ESI)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Good communication and coordination skills
