Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
• Prepare and review financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors.
• Provide support during audits and financial inspections.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
• Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• MBA with a specialization in Finance
• Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience as an Accounts Executive or in a comparable role
• Comprehensive understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, with advanced expertise in Excel
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with a proven aptitude for problem-solving
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• CPA or other relevant professional certifications are considered an asset
