Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, handling inquiries and ensuring client needs are met. Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with assigned clients, focusing on trust and satisfaction. Oversee account management, including contract negotiation, renewals, and maximizing account profitability. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities within existing accounts and communicate these to the sales team. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the client’s expectations are being fulfilled. Prepare and present regular reports to clients and senior leadership on account status, progress, and opportunities for growth.
