Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs across functions.
• Build and expand client relationships, driving new client acquisitions for recruitment partnerships.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth coordination.
• Mentor and manage the recruitment team to achieve targets and ensure high-quality hiring.
• Partner with business stakeholders to forecast manpower needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track performance, efficiency, and ROI.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and maintain Astrias strong employer brand.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/AI/Tech domains.
• Strong expertise in

  client acquisition, client servicing, and relationship management

  .
• Demonstrated success in

  vendor management

  and contract negotiations.
• Experience in managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and advanced sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
