Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager with 6-8 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition, with expertise in customer service, CRM, and conflict resolution.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and India-focused job boards to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in software engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM and conflict resolution is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are desirable.
