You’ll work closely with leadership to:

- close critical roles across sales, business, corporate & tech

- build hiring pipelines and TA processes that actually scale

- strengthen employer branding in a competitive talent market

- support core HR ops beyond TA (policies, compliance, statutory basics)


You’ll fit well if you:

- have 3–8 years of experience, ideally in startups (healthcare, wellness, healthtech, pharma: bonus points if you’ve seen scale)

- are a PG in HR or related field

- are not just a recruiter but know HR end-to-end

- can reach our Mumbai office without changing locals twice 🚆
