About the Role

Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for multiple roles across departments.
• Manage job postings on portals and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain hiring trackers, ATS data, and recruitment reports.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Support offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics.
