Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is equal parts data-driven and creative.

across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in a digital agency

environment, with a strong grasp of performance marketing metrics, hands-on campaign

execution, and the ability to independently create quick-turnaround creatives using Canva,

Adobe Express, or AI tools.

You will work closely with our marketing leadership, agencies, and internal stakeholders to

strengthen WONDRx’s digital footprint, generate leads, and build engaging brand narratives.


Key Responsibilities


● Performance Marketing

○ Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and

other relevant platforms.

○ Manage budgets, measure ROI, and track KPIs including CTR, CPL, CAC,

ROAS, etc.

○ Work with data dashboards to analyze campaign performance and provide

actionable insights.


● Social Media & Content

○ Manage WONDRx’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube,

Facebook).

○ Create and schedule engaging content with a focus on thought leadership, doctor

engagement, and brand storytelling.


○ Collaborate with agencies while also being hands-on with tools like Canva,

Adobe Express, or AI-based design tools to create creatives, reels, and short-

form content when required.


● Analytics & Reporting

○ Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance.

○ Monitor engagement trends, competitor activity, and optimize strategy

accordingly.

○ Generate weekly/monthly reports with clear performance metrics.


● Collaboration & Coordination

○ Work with internal teams (sales, product, partnerships) to align marketing

campaigns with business goals.

○ Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality execution.


What We’re Looking For


● 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably from a digital

agency background.

● Strong knowledge of performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business

Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).

● Comfort with data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, HubSpot, etc.).

● Ability to create quick-turnaround creatives using Canva/Adobe Express/AI tools.

● Strong written and visual storytelling skills for social media.

● A balance of analytical rigour and creative instinct.

● Experience working with healthcare, pharma, or B2B brands is a plus.
