Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Borivali. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage recruitment processes, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to meet hiring goals. The role also involves building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, developing relationships with potential talent, and enhancing the employer brand.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage candidate and stakeholder relationships effectively
• Data-driven approach to analyzing recruitment metrics and improving processes
• Experience in employer branding and building talent pipelines is a plus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar talent acquisition or HR role is preferred
