Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Identify staffing needs and collaborate with department managers to understand their specific requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.

Candidate Screening and Assessment:

  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Administer relevant assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' competencies.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.
  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to provide updates on the recruitment status.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the healthcare industry.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

  • Work closely with HR colleagues, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide input and recommendations on workforce planning and talent management.

Employer Branding:

  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the hospital's employer brand.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences to enhance the organization's visibility.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
