Job Summary:

Diagnostic Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee operations of multiple diagnostic branches ensuring seamless coordination and standardized processes.
Monitor daily lab performance, turnaround time (TAT), and service quality across locations.
Ensure compliance with NABL, ISO, and internal quality standards.
Manage branch managers, technical staff, and support teams to achieve operational targets.
Track and control inventory, consumables, and logistics efficiently.
Coordinate with management for budgeting, resource allocation, and process improvements.
Ensure equipment maintenance, calibration, and uptime across all branches.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address operational issues promptly.
Implement SOPs and training programs to maintain operational consistency.
Support business expansion by setting up new diagnostic branches and ensuring smooth commissioning.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of diagnostic lab operations and quality control.
Proficiency in MIS reporting, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel across branches regularly.
