Coordination and Communication: Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers. Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to provide updates on the recruitment status. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the healthcare industry. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with HR colleagues, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand organizational goals and objectives. Provide input and recommendations on workforce planning and talent management. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the hospital's employer brand. Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences to enhance the organization's visibility. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
