Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new franchise partners for diagnostic lab expansion.
    Develop and implement franchise business models and growth strategies. Conduct market research to identify potential territories and partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective franchisees. Ensure compliance with company standards, operational guidelines, and branding norms. Support franchisees in setup, operations, and performance monitoring.

Desired Profile:

  • Graduate/MBA with experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or franchise business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
