Job Description

The role requires a seasoned HR professional with over 14+ years of experience with recent 5 years in Talent Acquisition. You should have a strong background in planning, developing, and implementing effective hiring strategies, along with a proven track record of leading large teams and successfully managing bulk, volume, and functional hiring across levels. Your main responsibilities will include driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities, creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for hiring across India, and designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience. You will also need to identify and partner with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met, define and lead projects focused on continuous improvement, and ensure the team is structured and aligned to adequately meet changing business priorities. Additionally, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing a consistent and high-quality talent pool of candidates to support business delivery, participating in special projects/recruiting initiatives, driving the recruitment process within designated departments, and ensuring that recruitment processes are completed within the stipulated time and budget. You will also coordinate with business heads to ensure recruitment efforts are in sync with the business needs, leveraging new technology and channels in the recruitment space in coordination with stakeholders, and reviewing market data periodically to benchmark compensation across new roles and positions in assigned departments to bring market-wide parity for those positions. Key Skills required for this role include strong experience in a leadership role in a talent acquisition function with exposure to managing teams, a strong understanding of all selection methods and techniques, excellent interpersonal & communication skills, strong negotiation skills, ability to build relationships & influence stakeholders, deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, ability to drive compliance & process adherence, and proficiency in working on Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint Presentation).,
