What's the role?

Join Jar's talent acquisition team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. You'll work closely with our TA team to source, screen, and engage quality candidates while developing skills in data analysis and business understanding.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of candidates to ensure timely and successful hiring.
  • Source candidates from job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, etc.
  • Handle TA operations including pipeline trackers and interview coordination.
  • Screen resumes and communicate with candidates.
  • Maintain quality talent pipelines through various sourcing methods.
  • Assist in HR data analytics and report generation.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to derive actionable insights.

What’s required from you?

Must Have

  • Pursuing degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or G-Suite.
  • Quick learner with attention to detail.
  • Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.

Good To Have

  • Data analysis skills to extract insights from recruitment metrics.
  • Business awareness and understanding of market trends.
