Talent Acquisition Specialist

Sourcing and Screening
: You'll proactively find candidates using various channels like job boards, social media, and networking events. You will also screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified individuals.
Candidate Management
: A key part of your role is to manage candidate communication, coordinate interviews, and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process. You will also conduct reference and background checks when necessary.
Hiring Strategy
: You'll contribute to the hiring process by drafting job descriptions, posting openings, and helping to build employer branding initiatives. You'll also participate in team meetings to contribute to process improvement discussions.
