Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Skill Veda, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment operations by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates for our WILP roles across customer success, support, operations, and other partner requirements. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Partners to build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn & other channels
• Screen resumes & schedule interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers & candidates
• Maintain trackers & reports

Requirements:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (HR or related field preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Interest in recruitment & HR
• Basic MS Office/Google Sheets skills
