Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern Role Compensation: INR 15000-25000(Gross) Training Fee Deduction-INR 3,000 Net Take Home- INR 15,000-22,000 Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday (Fixed off on Sunday) Login Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (Includes a 1-hour break) Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at SalesUp, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team. Your main focus will be outbound prospecting, lead generation, and engagement to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leads. Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM. Effectively communicate the company's value proposition to prospects. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets. Stay updated on industry trends and market insights. Who We're Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
