Job Description

Job Role: Customer Success Intern(Internship + PGDM Program)

Location: Remote

Compensation: INR 21,000(Gross)

PGDM Fee Deduction: INR 6,600

Professional Tax: INR 200

Net take home: INR 14,200

Post PGDM CTC: 3.5LPA+Benefits (Confirmation will be depending on performance & need)


Enrollment in the PGDM program is mandatory and non-negotiable. The fee is deducted monthly from your salary (₹6,666/month) in a convenient EMI structure for 12 months.


In this internship, you will play a crucial role in managing candidate

communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all candidate interactions are

handled with professionalism and empathy. Your role will be a blend of customer support and

candidate outreach, focusing on resolving issues and enhancing the overall candidate

experience.

Responsibilities:

● Be a candidate champion, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.

● Review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating

clearly if additional information is required.

● Educate candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to

ensure they understand the requirements.

● Document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for

improvement in the candidate experience.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the

overall experience.

● Create and maintain support documentation to streamline common and recurring

questions.

● Assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information

and informing internal teams of any escalated issues.

● Handle level 1 escalations that require a solid understanding of our documentation and

candidate support processes.

Requirements:

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Please Note:

● This is a full time internship opportunity so expect to work for 9 hours including 1 hour

of break and you should be available for a minimum duration of 9 months.


Shift Structure:

● 6-Day Workweek: This is a fast-paced, full-time internship where you’ll work six days a

week Monday - Saturday.

● Night Shifts & Weekends: While not a regular requirement, there may be times when

you'll need to work night shifts or Sundays. When that happens, you'll be compensated

for your extra efforts.

● Overtime (OT): If you’re required to work on Sundays or night shifts, you’ll receive

overtime pay as per company policy. Your time and hard work will be recognized and

rewarded!

● Work Hours: You’ll be working 9 hours a day, with a 1-hour break to recharge. It’s all

about balancing productivity with well-being.
