Job Description

As a Customer Success Intern at Elsner Technologies Pvt. Ltd., your role involves handling customer queries through calls, emails, and chats, with a minimum requirement of 30 calls and 50 emails per day. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting in invoice preparation and management, maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system, collecting customer feedback, and sharing insights with the team. You will also assist in resolving basic customer issues and escalate when necessary. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (Any Graduate). - Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and invoicing tools (preferred). - Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
