Knowledge of insurance policies, endorsements, premium financing, carrier portals, invoicing tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications: Insurance certification (e.g., CIP, AINS). Experience in trucking or commercial insurance. Prior role in insurance brokerage or underwriting.
