Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (IMango Shared Service Pvt Ltd, 306, 3rd Floor, Princes' Business Skyline, Scheme No. 54) Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) Reports to: Customer Service Officer Team Lead Key Responsibilities: Policy Management: Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements; coordinate with carriers to update policies and ensure compliant records. Premium & Billing: Advise on financing options, issue invoices, monitor payments, and resolve discrepancies with finance teams. Client Support: Address inquiries on policies, coverage, and payments; manage renewals and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction and retention. Data & Reporting: Produce reports on renewals, claims, and payments; maintain CRM databases and deliver insights for retention strategies.
