Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of customer success, intimately combined with the power of AI. You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers not only achieve their desired outcomes but are consistently delighted by Robin.

The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following

Customer Engagement and Support:

  • Assist in carrying out tasks assigned by customers, ensuring a smooth and successful journey with our service.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and helpful solutions using available tools.
  • Go above and beyond by proactively suggesting innovative ways to not only get tasks done for the customer but to truly delight them.
  • Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for responding to customer inquiries and ensuring task completion.
  • Effectively manage vendor coordination by calling and chasing vendors as required for assigned tasks, ensuring excellent follow-up with both customer tasks and vendor progress.
  • Provide valuable customer insights to internal teams to help drive product development and service enhancements.

CRM And Internal Tool Management

  • Ensure every customer task and interaction is meticulously updated on our internal CRM (ClickUp).
  • Contribute to preparing comprehensive reports on customer success activities and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Completed a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in customer success, customer relationship management, or account management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to empathize with customers and understand their diverse needs.
  • A true self-starter who takes immense accountability for their role and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction without constant direction.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity in using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc, effectively.
