Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic rounds.
• Coordinate interview logistics with candidates.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
