Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Reporting to Sr TA Manager
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
  • Actively participate in interviews and interview drives
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and feedback.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
  • Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to process improvement ideas.
  • Innovate in optimizing the hiring process by various AI tools and experiment them real time.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Must be pursuing MBA-HR and interested in Talent Acquisition role.
  • Willing to work from Office
  • Good English Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on with Ms Excel
  • Digital media Marketing experience will be an added advantage
