👩 💼 Your Role: What You’ll Own

Talent Acquisition Intern


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft job descriptions
  • Source top talent via job portals, LinkedIn, and other networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
  • Assess candidates for skills, culture fit, and potential
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
  • Support offer rollouts, reference checks, and documentation
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles
  • Track hiring metrics and update recruitment dashboards
  • Learn and apply modern recruitment techniques and tools
  • Collaborate with HR for seamless onboarding
