Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern with a focus on Recruitment to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and supporting the HR team with various recruitment-related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an MBA - HR graduate to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.
  • Support the HR team with creating and posting job descriptions.
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of offer letters and other onboarding documents.
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to represent the company and attract potential candidates.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications:
  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) for recruitment purposes.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
